Physical Description

Constructed in the 1940's.
Brick construction with a rendered finish. A rendered parapet conceals the roof. The shop front is forward of the remainder of the building. The shopfront is detailed with aluminium framed glass.

History

Elizabeth Campbell arrived in Moora in 1895. She worked as a cook at the Moora Hotel and made extra bread for the new settlers at her home in Roberts Street and later she set up her own bakery. After establishing the bakery, she later moved to premises between the Drover's Inn and the pharmacy in Dandaragen Street.
