The place demonstrates a way of life and adds to the townscape of Ardath,
Built in the 1920's
Two room frontage coattage with a central front soor. The place is imber framed and weatherboard clad with a verandah extending across the frontage. The corrugated iron gable roof extends at break pitch at the rear of the cottage.
The place is possibley the oldest remaining in the district. It has been continuously occupied. Mr & Mrs Bill Waters, Mr & Mrs McPherson, John McMeikan, Curnows (owner). Truran and many others in recent years.
