A corrugated iron clad, timber framed miner's hut çand workshop with filter cloth linings and çhomemade lighting system constructed to be çoperated from an automobile battery. The hut çcontains two rooms and a very small bathroom and çhas a small verandah. Constructed circa 1940 by çMick Omedi. The hut was blown over in a storm in ç1987 and is substantially reconstructed.
