Commercial Building, 93-95 Hampton Road is single storey masonry commercial building constructed in c1940. The building has no setback from the pavement, and has a simple painted brick pediment. There are metal awnings with no support posts. Roofs are hidden by the pediment. The facades have modern aluminium framed windows and glass doors. There is a brick and tile house behind No 95.

The 1926-30 rate books shows this as vacant land owned by Harry and William Higham.

As of the 1968 – 72 rate books this property was still a residence at no.93 and vacant land (now one shop assessed with no.95).
