The place is aesthetically important for it's architectural character as an attached group of buildings and historically significant for it's former uses as a facility in the main street of the town.
The place is socially significant through it's association with former occupants and environmentally important for it's contribution to the main street of the town.
Physical Description
Brick and corrugated iron structure with original shop windows. Built in 1905 and the verandah was added later.
History
The most famous shop in Tambellup for many years. Formerly a hardresser's salon and billiard room, tea rooms and deli. Was also the former premises of the West Australian bank.
