Statement of Significance
The dwelling is significant for the following reasons:
Historic Value: One of the few remaining original farmhouses in the area.
Campbell was a poultry farmer in North Lake Road and believed to be a member of the Melville Roads Board in the 1920s.
Physical Description
Detached cottage set amongst mature trees and garden and located adjacent to more recent suburban houses.
