Physical Description

Commercial Building, 109 Hampton Road is single storey masonry commercial building. The building has no setback from the pavement, and has a simple painted rendered brick pediment. There is no awning. The roof is hidden by the pediment. The facade has modern aluminium framed windows and glass doors. There is a house at the rear.

History

1993 photograph labelled as 109 Hampton Road shows single story commercial building, appears to be c.1960s-1970s in style or even later, advertised as ‘Pilkington – Victor Glass’. Zero setback from pavement. Hard paving abuts building to the side and appears to wrap behind also.
