Statement of Significance

One of a small number ofbuildings that express the specific notion of seaside living.

Physical Description

A substantial reworking of an eariier house with an existing large pillow faced coursed rubble retaining
wall at the street alignment. The result is a simply articulated house with a distinct seaside Mediterranean
flavour 1994. Constructed in texture painted face brickwork with a steeply pitched colorbond roof.
