The place is a typical example of the "Pearl Masters" home, and its structural form is in largely original condition.

The building is of local cultural significance.

Physical Description

The place comprises of single storied, semi-detached buildings of timber framed construction with corrugated iron cladding on the walls and roofs, surrounded by a timber verandah.
