Category Description
Municipal Inventory Adopted 30 Sep 1995

Physical Description

A two storey house of stucco brickwork with timber windows to almost the full height at each level and
internal timber shutters. The roof is a low pitched colorbond corrugated sheeted shape with a wide eave
overhanging the southern wall supported by carved cantilevered purlins.
Another striking feature is the four front piers which corbel back just under the eaves. The building takes
some cues from Mediterranean influences, but is essentially an individual design, meticulously detailed
with minimal decoration. Architects: Odden S Rodriques 1994.
