Statement of Significance
An old house in a high position in a prominent location worth restoring.
Physical Description
A Victorian styled house c 1903 with a low-pitched, hipped, tile roof spreading broken-back over the
front verandah. A pair of bay windows set with three double hung windows are on either side of the
central front door. The front door has a large light with two side lights and three fanlights above. The
verandah posts have been replaced with tubular steel posts. The verandah floor is cement. The
pebbledash-covered chimney is tall and corbelled. A garage has been added to the west. The roof is
not original.
