Miss King’s residence (fmr) is a fine example of Interwar bungalow architectural style and demonstrates associations
with Miss King, and her brother who built many homes in Brookton.
Single storey masonry residence that addresses the corner location with a gable feature to each street
frontage with a corner veranda under the main hipped roof. The face brick work features rendered banding.
Miss King’s brother built many homes in Brookton, and this one was for his parents and sister.
