Statement of Significance

The place represents commercial development in the 1950s in
Kulin.

Physical Description

Timber framed and fibro clad with a corrugated iron clad gable roof. A boxed canopy
extends to the roadside along the front, and is supported by slender round steel columns. A fuel
bowser is located on the roads edge.

History

George and Shirley Scupham established the place in c1957 as
a tearooms and Dalgety agency. Other proprietors have been the Butlers and Evans.
