Statement of Significance

The building's character and scale are off importance within the Phillimore St precinct and the building is a significant element of Fremantle's West End.

Physical Description

Stone & Stucco office premises - with arcaded section. Integral part of Phillimore St Precinct.
The building is two storeyed and constructed of stone. It has a recessed colonnade arcade with balustrading on the upper level and a recessed colonnade entrance porch on the ground level. It has horizontal shadow lines on ground floor and there is a balustrade parapet with a central stuccoed triangular pediment.
