The Three Springs Shire Council Offices have local significance for the community being the site of the administration of local government. Further the offices have been in use for over 25 years.
A large rectangular building constructed of light brown brick with a tiled dutch gable roof. There are timber framed double entry doors with glass panels. The central section of the building has large glass windows extending from floor to ceiling and is recessed to form a verandah with four concrete verandah posts. There are four smaller windows extending from floor to ceiling on the east wall of the northern section and three windows to the southern section. There is a flagpole near the front entrance set in an area of lawn.
The building was opened in 1970 by Sir David Brand and has served as the council offices and library since that time. (Source: Carridena p.96)
