The building forms part of the remnant building stock which make up the historic town's fabric.
A single-storey brick and iron residence. House features include a half gabled hipped roof, bullnose verandah to front and side, split pane double hung sash windows with decorative window detail. Side front door. Originally used as a residence for shop No. 205.
Built in 1895 for Mr Tindale (early Apothecary store - adjoining).
