Statement of Significance
The building forms part of the remnant building stock which make up the historic town's fabric.
Physical Description
A single-storey brick and iron cottage with bullnose verandah, tuck-pointing brickwork and original front door. House is symmetrical with pairs of double hung sash windows either side of front door.
This house is very plain inside and small internally than those in Helena Street of the same design. The front verandah was originally bullnose.
History
The place is associated with the growth of Guildford in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
